Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Brenton Hunt, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 29 July 2025 at 11.05am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). This is a solvent liquidation.

The directors had previously passed resolutions declaring that on appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay its debts.

Notice to Creditors

I fix 29 August 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
