Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Take notice that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of BHAVISHYA SUNKARA ENGINEERING LIMITED, DASS TRANSPORT LIMITED and SANDHU HOSPITALITY LIMITED (all in liquidation) on 21 July 2025 at 2.50pm, 29 July 2025 at 1.00pm and 29 July 2025 at 5.15pm respectively, appointed Kevin John Davies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP124), as liquidator of the above-named companies.

The liquidator fixes 31 August 2025 as the date that the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
