Notice is hereby given that on 24 July 2025 at 1.00pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Kevyn Botes, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, be appointed liquidator. This is a solvent liquidation.
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 25 August 2025, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
