NEW ZEALAND AND AUCKLAND DEVELOPMENTS 2000 LIMITED (previously known as NZ HOMES 2024 LIMITED) (in liquidation)
Craig Sanson and Stephen White were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company on 23 July 2025 in the place of Steven Khov and Kieran Jones. The liquidation commenced on 18 June 2025 by resolution of the shareholder under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) and Craig Sanson and Stephen White were appointed replacement liquidators on the resignation of the former liquidators under section 283 of the Act.
We fix 1 September 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
