KING HONEY LIMITED and KING HONEY HOLDINGS LIMITED (both in liquidation and in receivership)
Notice is hereby given that on 27 July 2025 at 3.30pm, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The undersigned does hereby fix 14 September 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above named companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
