Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Steve Farquhar (IP90) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DEF MFG CO LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 21 July 2025 at 4.01pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PROCESS OPERATIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 22 July 2025 at 1.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of OPERATIONAL PROCESSING SERVICES 2012 LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 22 July 2025 at 1.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 2 September 2025.
