Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 24 July 2025 at 10.50am, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Palmerston North pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 upon the application of Flexicommercial Limited.

The undersigned does hereby fix 24 September 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above named entity are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
