Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as liquidator of BEST NEWS ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (in liquidation and in receivership) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 18 July 2025 at 9.00am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 8 September 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
