Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Luke Norman and Elizabeth Helen Keene, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies, by special resolutions of the shareholders on 19 December 2024 at 9.00am. The directors have certified that TWNL PROJECTS LIMITED (in liquidation) and NAYLOR LOVE LIMITED (in liquidation) are solvent. The liquidations are a routine tidy up on old trading entities by the wider Naylor Love Group.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 26 February 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
