Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Janet Sprosen and Stephen White, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of UHURU LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 17 July 2025 at 10.21am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 24 August 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
