Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ENZ COMMERCIAL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton on 14 July 2025 at 11.22am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Te Rapa Gateway Limited.

Daniel Zhang (LP153) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WILLDESIGN LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 14 July 2025 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MODE STUDIO LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 16 July 2025 at 5.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 27 August 2025.
