Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to section 283(6) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies appointed Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald as replacement liquidators of the above-named company on 17 January 2025 at 11.55am.

This appointment replaces Kelera Nayacakalou, previously appointed by the shareholders on 9 February 2022. Kelera’s insolvency practitioners licence has been cancelled by the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been removed as liquidator of the above-named company.
