Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator by a special resolution of the shareholder of the above-named companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 11 July 2025.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 22 August 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
