On 9 July 2025 and 15 July 2025, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidations commenced on 9 July 2025 at 10.45am and 15 July 2025 at 9.00am respectively.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 15 August 2025.
