Notice is given that on 9 July 2025, the High Court at Wellington ordered the restoration of the company to the New Zealand Companies Register, the reversal of the liquidators’ final report and appointed Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), as replacement joint and several liquidators of the company on the application of ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited.
