Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that at the watershed meeting of creditors held on 7 July 2025 creditors resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) that the company be placed into liquidation and Fabian Kane Micheletto, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP160) of Melbourne, Australia be appointed liquidator of the company.
