AV20 LIMITED and WAYBRIDGE LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Take notice that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of AV20 LIMITED and WAYBRIDGE LIMITED (both in liquidation) on 3 July 2025 at 10.00am and 10.36am respectively, appointed Kevin John Davies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP124), as liquidator of the above-named companies.
The liquidator fixes 10 August 2025 as the date that the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
