Geoff Falloon, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Biz Rescue Limited, was appointed voluntary administrator of the company on 8 June 2025 and was appointed liquidator by resolution of the creditors passed at the watershed meeting held on 9 July 2025 at 10.30am.
The liquidator has fixed 15 August 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
