FLOORING TRANSFORMERS LIMITED, WEBSTER DEVELOPMENT LIMITED and SJJ TRADING LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders in the liquidations of FLOORING TRANSFORMERS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 4 July 2025 at 2.59pm and WEBSTER DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) on 4 July 2025 at 5.22pm and in SJJ TRADING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 8 July 2025 at 10.23am.
The liquidators fix 22 August 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
