David Webb and Robert Campbell were appointed liquidators on 8 July 2025 at 9.00am, jointly and severally, of the above-named entities.
These are solvent liquidations and the decision to wind up the affairs of the societies were passed by its respective members at the required two general meetings pursuant to section 24(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
The date 12 August 2025 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
