Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that David Sean Webb and Robert Edward Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as receivers and managers of all the present and after acquired property of CENTRO PILGRIM LIMITED (in receivership) on 7 July 2025 at 2.30pm under the powers contained in a general security deed dated 22 March 2021 in favour of TSB Bank Limited.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

The office of the receivers and managers is: Deloitte, Level 20, Deloitte Centre, 1 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.

Note: Any creditor claiming a security interest in assets of the above-named company should immediately provide details to the receivers.
