GENTLE PINK LIMITED, NICHE INVESTMENTS LIMITED, LORENZO DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED and DINO ROBERTSON HOSPITALITY GROUP LIMITED (trading as Dino’s Pizzeria) (all in liquidation)
Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on the dates and times below:

The liquidators fix 15 August 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
