WAWATA GROUP LIMITED and BLINDWORKS LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Steve Farquhar (LP90) and Iain McLennan (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WAWATA GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 27 June 2025 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Boris van Delden (LP57) and Steve Farquhar (LP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BLINDWORKS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 2 July 2025 at 10.55am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
