Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ECO BUILDING LIMITED (trading as Lightsteel Group) (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland on 3 July 2025 at 10.50am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 3 September 2025.
