Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of WAITOTARA FARMS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton on the application of Steven Khov and Kieran Michael Jones in their capacity as receivers and managers of the GJ & EM Stark Partnership on 1 July 2025 at 10.00am.
I fix 19 August 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
