Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Andrew McKay and Rees Logan, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP40 and IP34 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by shareholder special resolution on 21 January 2025 at 10.15am.

The Director has signed a declaration under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 stating that the company will be able to pays its debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 24 March 2025 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
