Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington (Registration Numbers: IP71 and IP75), were appointed liquidators of the company by order of the High Court at Timaru on 30 June 2025 at 10.15am upon the application of W.H. Collins & Co Limited.
