Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above-named company commenced on 2 July 2025 at 10.00am when the shareholders passed a resolution to appoint Daniel Stoneman and Brendon James Gibson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, joint and several liquidators in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. This is a solvent liquidation of the company.

A resolution of board declaring solvency of company, pursuant to section 243A of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.

The undersigned does hereby fix 18 July 2025 as the date on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
