KIWI JOINT LIMITED (in liquidation)
Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of KIWI JOINT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 30 June 2025 at 10.35am on the application of Inland Revenue.
We fix 15 August 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
