N.W CONTRACTORS LIMITED and FOR BROTHERS LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Daran Nair (IP72) and Heiko Draht (IP115), both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators by the shareholders in the liquidations of N.W CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 19 June 2025 at 3.02pm and FOR BROTHERS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 23 June 2025 at 11.00am.
The liquidators fix 5 August 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution.
