Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of FOUNDER CORPORATE LIMITED, FALCONER CORPORATE LIMITED and SR CORPORATE LIMITED pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 24 June 2025 at the High Court at Rotorua at 10.14am, 10.15am and 10.13am respectively. The appointments were on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 3 August 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
