AMBRY HOLDINGS LIMITED and C&G HOLDINGS LIMITED (both in liquidation)
On 25 June 2025 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) that the following companies be liquidated and that Andrew Grenfell and Kare Johnstone, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators. Both liquidations commenced as follows:
AMBRY HOLDINGS LIMITED at 12.00pm
C&G HOLDINGS LIMITED at 12.00pm
The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts. Pursuant to section 243A(1)(b) of the Act a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidators of the above companies which are being liquidated, fixes 17 July 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
