Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a resolution passed by the creditors at the watershed meeting on 24 June 2025 at 11.37am.

The liquidator fixes 1 August 2025 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
