Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that JADAM LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on 12 June 2025 to be put into liquidation.

Iain Andrew Nellies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 12 June 2025 at 11.00am and creditors may make enquiries from the liquidator whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, PO Box 1058, Dunedin 9054.
