Andrew McKay and Rees Logan, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP40 and IP34 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by shareholder special resolution on 24 June 2025 at 11.05am.

The directors have signed a declaration under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 stating that the company will be able to pays its debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 22 August 2025, as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
