Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

In accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act, Douglas Mark Andrew Burgess, Solicitor, was appointed liquidator of B & M Associates Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholder on 24 June 2025 at 9.30 am.

The director has signed a solvency certificate pursuant to section 243A of the Act.
