Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The above-named company was placed into liquidation on 19 June 2025 at 3.15pm by special resolution of the company’s shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). Adam Botterill (IP143) and Damien Grant (IP131), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

We fix 21 July 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
