Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SC LUXURY NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 9 January 2025 at 1.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 28 February 2025.
