Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MAW VENTURES LIMITED (trading as Ampersand Eatery) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 19 June 2025 at 8.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 19 August 2025.
