Christopher Carey McCullagh (IP39) and Stephen Mark Lawrence (IP67), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ELF 2016 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, MAUI CAPITAL AQUA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, MAUI CAPITAL AQUA GENERAL PARTNER LIMITED, MAUI CAPITAL AQUA FUND LIMITED, MCAF NO. 3 LIMITED and MCAF NO. 5 LIMITED (all in liquidation) on 18 June 2025.
By the general partner of the limited partnership pursuant to section 88 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 and in accordance with the terms of partnership agreements:

MAUI CAPITAL AQUA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (Partnership No. 2558039) at 1.35pm.
By the board of the company pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993:
MAUI CAPITAL AQUA GENERAL PARTNER LIMITED (Company No. 3745581) at 1.45pm.
MAUI CAPITAL AQUA FUND LIMITED (Company No. 3745478) at 1.45pm.
MCAF NO. 3 LIMITED (Company No. 3745727) at 1.35pm.
MCAF NO. 5 LIMITED (Company No. 3745836) at 1.35pm.
These are solvent liquidations. Prior to liquidation, the companies’ directors and general partner of the limited partnerships signed a declaration for each entity that debts will be paid within 12 months, pursuant to section 243A of the Companies Act 1993. Copies of these declarations were delivered to Registrar.
Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 18 July 2025.
