Take notice that CSS SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, to be put into liquidation and appointed Mohammed Tazleen Nasib Jan, Insolvency Practitioner (IP150), as liquidator on 12 June 2025 at 3.47pm.

Please note that the company changed its name on 22 January 2025. It was previously known as Cromwell Seasonal Services Limited from 8 December 2022 to 22 January 2025.

I fix 14 July 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority or to be excluded from any benefit provided creditors with debts and claims are proved.
