RJ NAHAL LIMITED, CCF TAKANINI LIMITED and XYZ NO. 1 LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies, by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 at the dates and times given:

CCF TAKANINI LIMITED at 3.40pm.
XYZ NO. 1 LIMITED at 4.20pm.
The liquidators fix 1 August 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
