WHANGAREI HONDA LIMITED, VELDEN MOTOR GROUP LIMITED, BRIGHT Z HOMES LIMITED (trading as EZ Civil) and MOUNTAIN FERMENTS LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WHANGAREI HONDA LIMITED and VELDEN MOTOR GROUP LIMITED (both in liquidation) following the directors’ resolutions as to solvency and special resolutions of the shareholders on 9 June 2025 at 1.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. Both are solvent liquidations.
Daniel Zhang (LP153) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BRIGHT Z HOMES LIMITED (trading as EZ Civil) (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 11 June 2025 at 11.47am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Daniel Zhang (LP153) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MOUNTAIN FERMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 11 June 2025 at 11.04pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
