PARENTS CENTRE AOTEAROA (in liquidation)
Malcolm Hollis (IP25) and Richard Nacey (IP69), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of PARENTS CENTRE AOTEAROA (in liquidation) on 10 June 2025 at 11.28am by the High Court at Wellington pursuant to section 25 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
We fix 30 July 2025 as the day by which the creditors of the entities are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
