Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by order of the High Court of New Zealand at Palmerston North on 12 June 2025 at 10.13am upon the application of Farmlands Co-Operative Society Limited.

The liquidation commenced on 16 June 2025 at 10.13am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 30 July 2025.
