Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

John Marshall Scutter, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP76), was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 13 June 2025 at 9.38am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 14 July 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution and may not object to that distribution.
