Adam Botterill (IP143) and Damien Grant (IP131), Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company, by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 12 June 2025 at 10.30am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

We fix 12 July 2025 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
