TIMARU SOUTH COSMOPOLITAN CLUB INCORPORATED and FRESH FOR LUNCH LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 5 June 2025 at 7.04pm, TIMARU SOUTH COSMOPOLITAN CLUB INCORPORATED was placed in liquidation by the club’s executive committee following the failure to obtain a quorum at a special general meeting in accordance with the club’s constitution.
Notice is also hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 9 June 2025 at 12.14pm, FRESH FOR LUNCH LIMITED was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution.
Robin Crimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of RAC Insolvency Limited, was appointed liquidator of both entities.
Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 11 July 2025.
Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any property of either entity must provide details to the liquidator urgently.
