The charitable trust resolved at the general meeting of its trustees held on the 19 April 2025 to appoint Geoffrey John Falloon, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, as liquidator. This resolution was confirmed at a subsequent general meeting held on 21 May 2025.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed the 14 July 2025 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
