Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Daniel Zhang (LP153), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CUSTOMKIT BUILDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 28 May 2025 at 4.39pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 10 July 2025.
